Hey everyone!

I just took FAR for the second time and I’ve started studying for BEC (hopefully my last exam). Ever since I started the quest to become a CPA, I’ve found myself starting sentences with…

“When I’m done with the exams, …”

Me, myself, I plan on taking lessons in ballroom dancing and competiting, also starting a youtube cooking show with my husband, and picking up sewing! Although I am in accounting, I’m really into the arts. I need the hours I’ve used for studying to fulfill my artistic side, before I go crazy!

What about ya’ll? What are your plans with your free time after you pass (and you will!)

I take FAR on Aug 10. I have a week planned in Chicago with my father whose health is in steady decline set for Aug 18 -25th. I start my Masters in Public Administration on Aug 26th. I'm also starting a small auditing/accounting business with my best CPA buddy from my old cpa firm on the side. I have to think of a cool name because her name is unpronounceable and mine literally means “con” or “scam”. Not the best for an auditing biz… Maybe I will start a thread for biz name suggestions after I KILL FAR!!!!

Oh…and yeah…losing the 25lbs that I've gained while dealing with the exams and health problems….and reminding my husband why he likes me and put up with this for SO long! =p
