Hi everyone – is anyone currently or has graduated from the unc macc program whether online or on campus? If so would you be able to tell me your experience with it?

If you are in NC and close enough I would recommend App State's Masters program. The program is 12 hrs in fall and spring and 6 hrs during the summer. We had a lot of transfers that did their undergrad at Chapel Hill and everybody in my graduating class has passed the CPA exam either during the program or shortly after.

I'm currently in my last quarter of the online MACC @ UNC. I've had a good experience. The non-core classes (communication for accountants, data analytics, electives etc.) were more challenging than the typical core accounting courses for me personally. Majority of the sections instructors I've had have been wonderful. I was honestly surprised at the level of group assignments involved in this program. Coming from an undergraduate experience that didn't involve many group projects, I definitely appreciated this aspect as it helped me to develop in this area. If you are looking for flexibility I definitely say apply to the online MACC.
