I just got my CPA certificate in from New Mexico and I must say I am quite disappointed on how it looks. I was hoping for something similar in quality to a college degree that I could have nicely framed and hung in my office.

Any one else have this issue with their certificates also?

Notice the perforation around the edges! I’m supposed to pop this out…So disappointed…

Update from @Almond's post for Floridians, received my certificate about 2 weeks ago and the seal is no longer gold foil, instead just a black stamp. Still not bad looking though, at least they didn't charge extra for it.

@JustAnotherWannabe Didn't actually notice until you brought it up. It's still in the envelope waiting for its home in the frame. Similar as you–certificate does not have gold foil and it's perforated on the sides. Real classy. The signatures look all pixelated and cropped all jank-like. Why does a cert from only 3 years ago look so much better?
