When you live in Michigan, it snows a lot.

When you have a record setting snowfall in your, it accumulates on your roof.

When 3-4 feet of snow accumulates on a section of your roof, an ice dam forms.

When an ice dam forms, your shingles lift up and water begins accumulating between your walls.

When water accumulates, freezes, and then melts, it pours out of your baseboards and down into the basement below. Like waterfall.

When water pours out into the floors and below, it ruins your carpet, drywall and ceiling.

When your carpet, drywall, and ceiling become 100% saturated and ruined, guys come and rip the walls and ceiling out.

When your attic is exposed because your ceiling is ripped out and commercial blowers are running 24/7, it puts stress on your furnace to keep up when it’s 20 degrees out.

When your furnace is overworked, it goes out and you need to find a part to fix it so your pipes don’t freeze.

When you are driving to the furnace parts shop, a rock is kicked up from a semi and cracks the windshield of your brand new Lincoln MKX.

When you are dealing with tax season hours, no walls or ceiling in your bedroom, water in your basement, a broken furnace, and a cracked windshield, you miss the results of score release.

And when you miss score release results, you have a hard time figuring out if your A71 pals passed their exams and you feel bad that you didn’t say “congrats” or “get revenge” if they didn’t pass!

Congrats to all my pals who crossed over and to those who didn’t remember that revenge is sweet!!!!

@gatorbates–Want to divulge the name of this company? I'm in Jax, but more than willing to relocate further south if I need too.

@f15hy–You are not alone with the eating. I dislike nearly all dairy products. Not intolerant, just a very strong dislike..cheese, mayo, yogurt, sour cream, milk. I also dislike anything creamy…ranch/blue cheese/thousand island dressings, creamy soups, etc. I have been called unAmerican for the cheese dislike many times. I will however devour bacon in the blink of an eye- with or without the grits–yum yum.

I am so with you on a lot of that CPAMommy. I just hope you eat ice cream. I could never live without ice cream.

@G3, I haven't eaten bacon or any form of red meat for probably over 15 years. I crave it sometimes, but I just can't actually eat it.
