I did about 30 hours for my first try (it was a recap over two weeks of an MBA class that I took three months prior), I rushed that one to fit it in the same quarter as REG. First retake, studied about 50 hours, finished worse. Third and final, probably 25 or so.

    AUD - 90
    BEC - 79
    FAR - 86
    REG - 81

    Finished Exams in December 2016

    REG - 81

    AUD - 74, 72, 90

    BEC - 79

    FAR - 86

I studied for about 70 hours for my retake (i started from scratch). My first take, I got a 70.

I suggest you study for the test like it was your first take. I may have studied 70 hrs, but this is more time than I studies for REG and FAR combined (passed on my first try).

    AUD - 81
    BEC - 81
    FAR - 86
    REG - 90

I studied about 75 hours in 3.5 weeks. I read through the Ninja book and did the corresponding Ninja mcq's. The book goes hand in hand with the mcq sections so it's easy to follow along. Once I got through the book and all the mcq's, I went back and did missed last time and trouble questions. Get familiar with the AL and where to find everything. Try and leave yourself enough time for the sims so you can search for answers.

    Thank you all.
I studied about 120 hours for the first time and scored 72. I started from scratch this time and planned to study 50 hours ( that is the maximum I can have since I work full time at Big 4 and still in busy season/ year- end period.)

@RE2PECT… I see that you scheduled REG for January 17th. How long has it been since your last attempt (sorry if I asked this already).?

I took REG on 12/5. Took a week off, then briefly reviewed all of my notes one day. Took another 6 days off, got my failing score of 71, and have been back at it for the past 4 days. I just can’t make up my mind still on if I want to schedule my retake for 1/9 (which would give me about 3 weeks of study for a retake), or schedule my retake for early March. The problem with the March test is I’d have to basically put it down completely for about 5 weeks due to my work schedule. Then I’d have to restart my studying cold for 3-4 weeks for a retake.

    FAR 75
    BEC 81
    AUD 71, 84
    REG 69, 71, 83

    FAR - 75 November 2015
    REG - 69 April 2016 (WTH? Test I got isn't what I studied for)
    BEC - 81 June 2016
    AUD - TBD

@oldercandidate21- I took REG on 11/26 and started studying again on 11/30. I had been studying for it since the first week of October after taking BEC. I would have liked at least 2 more weeks, but my NTS was expiring the day I took the exam.

I've been hitting Gleim mcq's and sims for the most part since I started studying again. I'm hoping that practicing more sims will help get me over the hump. I didn't get a chance to do many for the first try and I bombed them on the exam.

I would try and take it in January and study as much as you can until then. The material should still be fresh and you won't be exhausted from busy season. Plus you'll start to forget stuff after taking off for a few weeks.

I'd say I studied somewhere between 50 hours or so for my retake. I was close the first go and took the retake as soon as I could so I didn't redo everything. I pounded MCQ and re-read my problem chapters.

I didn't exactly kill it my second go but it was a pass. You results may vary.
