    I hope Messi gets it. Even his bad years are better than everyone else's (except CR7). Also, Donovan is great, but he's nowhere close to being on the fringes of the discussion for Ballon D'Or.

    Messi is great, I hope he wins. Yes Barca all the way and Arsenal on a good day.

    I don't like Christiano Ronaldo (I was in love with old Brazilian Ronaldo until the knee injury and weight got him). When I catch some of the highlights from the Brazilian league he still looks sort of good not ‘mint' condition, but fit enough to pay his bills.

    Everyone ready for the World Cup!! Since my country didn't qualify, I am supporting the Brazil and US even though they are in the Group of Death! They might have a chance. My horn is ready, my spirit is amped up. I wish I was going.

    I think Frank Robbery’s time is up to clinch this title. Messi and CR9 are still in great shape but Ribbery won 2 titles with Bayern Munich last year and helped his country qualify but for world cup. All the odds are in his favor for this year. I will question FIFAs criteria if Ribbery doesn’t win.

    AS far as the world cup is concern, I think Brazil got a cheap group but yeah, US will need some sort of miracle to scale through their group. I think Ghana (very bias here, cos I’m from Ghana) and Germany will qualify from this group.

    Which part of Ghana? (I've allot of friends from Ghana) not to make anyone feel left out from all the other continents when I think about it. Yes, Ghana does have good team when I look at the African countries they definitely in the top 4 with Egypt and Nigeria (4th team is a toss up) Cameroon has been struggling past couple of years.

    Some of the groups look tough, but I have my orange, yellow, blue and whites ready for the time.

    Does anyone know where I can pull up/buy the picture/poster of the US Team? I am trying to get my office in the spirit of World Cup they are not footsie fans, but I've got a couple of people interested, in world sports (I figured this is a good year for “Soccer”) year before was Rugby, by the end allot of people were fans (bloody men win over people any day). 2015/2016 Will be moving to cricket (that's going to take forever, because its a slow game). People with attention problems don't fully get into the game.

    @Eliabraham, the same Americans who say soccer and cricket are boring are the same ones that will watch 9 innings of baseball with 7 minutes of actual action.

    @Eliabraham

    Born and bred in the capital city of Ghana- Accra.

    Ivory Coast is another team to watch out for, their team is full of super-stars, they have always been kicked out early in the past two world cup appearances. They have a stress free group this time around and I think they will prevail from that group.

    Nigeria can also pull out some surprises on a good day. I can’t wait!!
