I bought Gleim premium course and after 3 months I decided to give up. Is there any legal way that I can take my money back or resell course?

I don't really think there is much you can do about it.
It's worth a shot to give them a call. Maybe if they can see you only used one part they might give you some credit or something.

But the bigger question is… why give up?
It's a challenge for sure, but if you stick with it you can conquer the CPA exam.
I know when I first started, being 15 years out of college, it was completely demoralizing to me.
But you just need to keep pushing forward.

Two things. The first one – working visa are canceled, so I have no opportunity to work in the US this year. The second one I really think about changing my ocupation. I don't thing I want to be an accountant anymore.

I don't think there's much you can do, unless you sell it in discount to someone else who wants to take the exam. The not satisfy refund policies are probably not going to work, usually required you do fail the test several times and completely pass your 18 months cycle.

Work visa cancellation / expiration does have a huge impact, but you could still get a CPA for good if you think you will work with some US Companies oversea in the future. Obviously, if you want to change your occupation, that's a different story.

Give GLEIM a call and see what they can do for you. It really doesn't hurt to try. Just curious, which different path are you going into. Little surprised you are giving up something wonderful like CPA although im struggling 😑😑😑 you can get the cpa license and use it later when you're qualified to receive working visa down the road

@CPAHOPE It's fairly hard to get a visa for accountant once your are out of the US, unless you have a very specialized specialty that the company wants you so badly. Quote: The irreplaceable candidate.

However, I've see in cases where people move to another country and continue to working under a US company. Like PWC in Europe, or international trading, commission, or royalties. In that case, having a CPA and the CPA-equivalent license in that country will definitely get you a sit on the management level.

I've also seen some moved to another country that's easier to get a permit, like Canada, Taiwan, Iceland…

In Europe we have ACCA. Nobody needs CPA there.

Really I can't imagine spending next 1.5 year learning…
