I ‘m studying for Reg. I have big trouble with business law. They all “brand new” to me. I tried to memorize all the rules, but it’s so hard. How many percent of MCq in Becker that you guys see in the real BL portion? If I “study” all the MCqs in Business Law, am I safe? My goodness, I believe that I cannot do it right if the real exam changes even small information.

Annie – unfortunately, it just depends on the particular exam. I didn't have a whole ton on mine – I'd guess maybe 25%-30%? Other people I have spoke to have said it was the majority of theirs.

My recommendation – Just learn how to narrow it down to a couple of choices and make an educated guess. You won't feel certain that you got it right on the exam, but you'd have a decent probability of guessing correctly if you narrow it down first and then go with your gut feeling.

I had to memorize all of the Becker flashcards for that part of it.

    FAR- 70, 76 REG - 91 BEC - 80 AUD - 74, 85

    GA - NASBA state

Nail down those MC questions, do thewm over and over if yu can. I got a 97 on REG, I took it in April and I couldn't even tell you what the exam was about at this point. FAR has washed it all away. Just get comfortable with as many of those 1200 questions as you can and you'll do great.

I felt overall that my MC portions were close to 50/50 tax/lawðics with the tax topics maybe getting the edge in quantity, but close. The style of the Becker questions matched what I saw on the exam.

Thanks so much you guys. I feel better after reading your advice. I didn't go to school in the U.S and I never touch Business Law. So that ‘s why I'm trembling with BL.

@Dale, and @Dumb sum: how super high you guys scores are!!! You guys should open tutoring website!

    Thanks all
