My regulation exam will be on May. I use Becker and NINJA material to prepare the exam, but there are some difference on both exam. Suchc as Coproration charitable deduction, NOL. It makes me confused which one is correct. Can anyone let me know if the Tac Cuts and Job Act, Cares Acts will be test on the 2021 Q2? Or it only test one of them? Thanks.

In this instance, NINJA is correct. I am 100% certain, as I've triple-checked with the AICPA.

For the corporation charitable contribution should I use 10% or 25% to calculate the maximum charitable contribution?

It's back to 10%…whatever the CARES Act changed…it's back to TCJA now on the CPA Exam.
