looking for confirmation on how the sims are scored. I assume on sims with calculations involved it is either 100% correct or not. what about sims where you are selecting numerous items from drop down boxes or have 14 items that you are selecting tax treatment on? do you get credit for the items you correctly select or is it all or none?
@aa no problem. And you guys do some damage on MCQ's at work! @aa like you I got a promotion and it has gotten harder to find time to work problems. I am hit or miss at lunch, I always say I will knock out ~40 questions during lunch then I start reading articles and next thing you know lunch hour is over! lol

To me isabout the same. So lately Ive been trying to get in at 20 in the early morning like re2pect. I never know how the day is gonna go.
I have not looked st Becker but I did get their memo on the change. That made my ordering the FARbook a nightmare. I had to call and do it over the phone n now Im scared is not gonna get here.
@aa yeah I was about to tell you that. I found that out this morning! Also, it looks like my post for some reason never made it on here. I was trying to say I did a set of 30 on the new version this morning and stumbled across at least 1 question I don't think I've seen before so it may be worth going to the new version for some progress tests.

Thank you!!.. Will do! mostly going to try the states and trusts part. I don't know if you guys saw my post from yesterday after I did GLEIMSIMS for second time for that topic. I am still scoring below all other sections. Worried.
@aa one thing that kills me about the gleimsims is how they average the % by sim…so you have 5 sims and score 80%, 70%, 85%, 60%, 100% and lets assume the 100% was the research question–it will say your score was 79%. But lets assume you didn't get that research question then your average drops to a 59%. Seems silly that such a large chunk of your score is based on 1 point lol.

@aatoural- I went from a 61 to a 78 on the estate sims. The only one that gave me trouble was the third one on DNI. My boost in scores was probably because I had just finished reading that chapter and doing all the mcq's for Ninja.
I haven't worked to that yet. This is the first time I've worked back through the sims in 3 or 4 weeks I've made it through 8 units. I'm at 85.46, 67.24, 70.65, 85.30, 62.41, 85.56, 71.23, 86.25…overall not too bad, most my lower scores are due to missing the research.
