Same. Going to do a few MCQ sets of 30, then read some notes. I'll probably read over my notes tomorrow too. When do you take it tomorrow? Mine is scheduled for the late afternoon.

Dale's distributive share of income from the calendar- year partnership of Dale & Eck was $50,000 in Year 1. On December 15, Year 1, Dale, who is a cash-basis taxpayer, received a $27,000 distribution of the partnership's Year 1 income, with the $23,000 balance paid to Dale in May Year 2. In addition, Dale received a $10,000 interest-free loan from the partnership in Year 1. This $10,000 is to be offset against Dale's share of Year 2 partnership income. What total amount of partnership income is taxable to Dale in Year 1?

    a. $27,000

    b. $37,000

    c. $50,000

    d. $60,000

The answer is C. Why is the interest-free loan not taxable to Dale?

so im taking the exam on feb 13 around 1 pm so should be done around 4 if everything works out. im a little worried because i know that feb 14 is the end of the testing window to receive your scores by feb 24. the aicpa website says that if they receive the scores by midnight on feb 14, you should be fine. considering the time im taking the exam, will i be okay? i cannot imagine having to wait till march

@gabe Okay, because I always get confused with these items so I'm memorizing that sim from the second Becker final exam. the guaranteed payments are the only item on that sim that is both ordinary income and separately stated so just wanted to check with you guys.
