    This makes my stomach hurt. Not liking that its already another quarter!! -_____- love you guys but I pray a miracle I don't have to join the new thread!!!

    The reason that this is a breach of contract is because the contract had already been accepted. The problem says it was accepted in writing before shipping the product. The notice of accommodation is only relevant to shipments sent with notes saying you are not accepting the offer and this is a counteroffer
