@lauren thanks! thankfully a lot of biz law was already covered in AUD and a little in FAR, so some of it is review! I tend to learn better with application, so I am taking notes, doing MCQs, then refining my notes based off of questions I got wrong.

@zubairs I googled some stuff…nothing really came up. I say, just know the adjustments (PRE/POST ACE)..I think Becker has a sim? Sitting around the same time as you…how far are you along in your studies?

@Corp haven't gotten to Ninja yet…what section specifically- biz law?

R4 was a beast for homework…I glided through estate and gift tax, I find that extremely interesting…of course majority is partnership and property tax. I struggled with the pship portion…so, I'd focus on that. Note: I've never sat for REG so if anyone has any insight, feel free to join in!

I've heard a lot of the taxation portion is focused on R3 and R4 because of the complexities, specifically Corp tax and pship tax

@gabe this is a retake for me so nothing is new for me. I'm just going through to refresh the material and then moving to Ninja MCQ. I felt I was well prepared for my first try but I guess I was underestimating REG. I just booked my exam date so gearing up for a full on weekend study. As some of you might know i am an international candidate, so no christmas or new year holidays for me. Will try to make the best of the coming two weeks.

I'll be here with ya zubairs! Not a retake but work is deserted, so I've been studying pretty much all day…will have christmas eve and christmas off, but will be here new years eve. Would you recommend focusing heavily on R3/R4? Or is it all over the place?

For those with the Ninja Notes. How many pages it is for REG? I am going to buy it later but want to make sure I have enough time to write it out once, maybe twice, before my test. I am not going to write it until I get through all my lessons and most of the MCQs so I dont want to buy it quite yet just to have it sit….

    AUD - 79 (lost credit), 75

It's about 143 pages single side or course it would be less if printed on both sides. I printed mine and had it converted to a spiral note book so I could make additional notes and follow along with the audio, The audio seem to have more info than the notes, but I wrote the additional stuff so I can have everything. In my opinion, the notes and audio are a good purchase.

    It begins with a 75

In addition,I use my notes along with each section so I won't feel like I am learning the material all over again. It's a good deal

@tncincy Agreed. The ninja notes are like hitting the material from different angles which helps incredibly. I'm so glad I purchased the ninja MCQs and SIMS with it too. Giving me a fresh perspective of questions and working the SIMS nonstop also helps as well.

The $60 however much it is is well worth my time

What would you say is the best way to remember the phaseouts for limitations? Been reviewing the IRA phaseout limitations and I feel like I have them down now but more worried about 6 weeks from now when I test.
