NJ outside of THAT Sim (which I haven't done since the first time since it's just ridiculous) they can be okay.

Just remember what Separately Stated items are and 3 of the Sims become not that difficult.

I counted 7 out the 12 that I either misread the question and/or didn't read the question at all. That's what I get for trying to do this before work and when people interupt me. ughhhh

As for the k-1s, looks like I found something else to really focus my time on tomorrow before my exam.

Thank you for all of your support guys, I really appreciate it.

Yeah the first time I did the partnership Sim I completely disregarded the percentages and just divided the liability by 3. Naturally now though I make SURE to read the percentages on these Sims, so it was sort of a good thing.

First time poster here! I am taking Reg tomorrow morning at 9am. Up until a couple weeks ago I was feeling pretty good about myself. I was scoring well in Becker (75-80) and now that I have switched over to Ninja and have been reviewing multiple choice like crazy I am only scoring in the 66% range. I feel discouraged but am also prepared to retake the exam in April…this sucks. It happens to be a busy time at work which definitely ate into study time. I dread having to start over with the studying but I just want this CPA thing to be over with.

thelonewolf & pass & NJ – thanks yall. Yes, there was a question in becker final #2 that stated you could use PY in this case and I was like whaaaa? I wont spend too much time worrying about it, but it definitely threw me off.

    AUD - 73,91
    FAR - 79 - Thank you God!
    BEC - 73,79!!!!

@JEqueen I wouldn't worry too much. Any time you switch from one test bank to another there will be a dip in scores. Don't let it discourage you. Good luck to you tomorrow!

JEqueen – don't get too down on yourself. Try not to get too overwhelmed. You are scoring well in becker and that is really good. I test tomorrow as well. Best of luck to you!

NJ I told you that third testlet was CRAY! Don't get too worried, just review it and move on. That one SIM I think I scored a zero on, very confusing. At least it sucked for all of us.

It's probably wishful thinking, but I'm hoping that with all the complaining about how vague and ambiguious the SIMs are on the actual exam will get the AICPA to review them and clean them up for the 2nd quarter.

It sounds like a lot of people have similar results 4 or 5 “fair” SIMS and 2 or 3 SIMS that come completely out of left field with really bad and vague wording and no real expectation of what it's asking of you.

reading over ninja notes I noticed that:

“if netting of mortgages results in net boot paid” = IGNORE IT

there is nothing mentioned about that in Becker at all….

    wanted to confirm

    FAR - 76*, 73, 85
    BEC - 69, 72, 78*, 80
    AUD - 72, 71, 90
    REG - 71, 74, 85

    AFTER 3 YEARS I'M DONE!!!

    Can anyone confirm:

distributions of NON CASH prop by:

    partnership- use NBV

    corp- use FMV

someone suggested this and now I am lost.
