Mike from Michigan, what is grayed out? I tried the loophole and I have to choose Yes or No for Audit, FAR, BEC and REG, and I passed everything but Reg last summer

Has anyone from NY attempted the ohio loophole? I have passed BEC & AUD and am able to check regulation when i attempt to re-register on the ohio nasba website. Does this mean I failed or has NY not uploaded scores yet or i dunno?

REG-NY0401 – I am from NY. The loophole works for NY. If you can re-register, appears that you have not passed. However, you never know until you get the official score, which will hopefully be tonight.

Waiting on my Reg score – this is my fourth & final exam. Just tried the Ohio “loophole” – got the error message saying I already passed all 4 parts. Here's hoping it's accurate!

On another note – I've been following along on this forum for almost a year now and have never posted before – this CPA thing is quite a journey! Best wishes to everyone –

I tried to re-exam using Ohio state. I got to the page where i need to select the section and REG was grayed out.

I am from MA and just tried the loophole. REG is my last one and it would let me register for everyone. I saw the 1K dollar charge and x'd out.

purplehaze – Same happened to me. However, this is my second one. I guess the loophole doesnt work to every state. Bummer.

I am registered in MA and REG is my last exam left to pass. I also can proceed at the OH re-exam screen without any messages preventing me from doing so… hopefully the “Ohio loophole” just doesn't work for MA. I hope it doesn't mean I failed REG again.
