It doesn't need to be your last part. The loophole worked for me last window (where I knew I didnt pass) and this window (where I knew I passed). And this isn't my last test. I still have BEC.

taurus87 – I don't know how they release scores, but I'm in NY and I've had my score for almost an hour….

I had tried what I think was the loophole earlier this evening, but no luck.

You have passes all three adn waiting for the result of last one. Now you are waiting for your last score. After AICPA release the score to NASBA and before NASBA releases the score on their website, during that process when you go to NASBA website and try to re-register for the last last part it doesnt let you do that and will show you a message stating some thing like: you have already passes all the parts and you can not register for any of the part (assuming you already have passed the last part but by that time only NASBA system has the knowledge of it and scores are not up which means NASBA is working on the posting and you dont have any knowlege about the real score e.g mroe than 75). After getting that kind of message you asume you passed it as dont have to register for it. Hope that helps you understand.

Yep, exactly. If you go through the registration process, the system knows whether you passed or not to give you the option to “re-register” if you didn't. Only thing that I'm not sure of is why other states let you select parts you've previously passed. It seems IN and OH are consistent and only let you select an exam if you have not passed the section and do not currently have an NTS for it.

WOOHOO! I passed with an 84! Loophole worked for me in GA and it wasn't my last exam…I've passed BEC and now REG. It had them both “greyed out” earlier today – I passed BEC last May. 🙂 2 down, 2 to go!

“Niki” thats a good point in NJ you can select the part you already have passed. 2nd i just tried the same loophole in NJ with the part i already have passed BEC and it brings me to the credit card information page. So, this means the loophole doesn't work in NJ.
