Hi people,

I was thinking is it possible to have simulation from the Business law section on the exam? I think that that they probably are going to ask about Partnership, individual, s and c corp, cpa legal liabilities….

I have my exam on Friday and I am super scared!

Based on my experienced last window there are NO simulations from Business Law portion of the Regulation exam. Just focus on Taxation and you will do fine. They tested more heavily on Corp, Individual and Partnership.

BEC 2/8/10 - 75 (studied hard & prayed less)
REG 5/15/10 - 88 (studied less but prayed hard)
AUDITING 8/9/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard)
FAR 11/30/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard) Thanks GOD! I'm DONE

From what I heard there are NO business law simulations, its all Tax related (like the last poster saids). I also took REG and there were no business sims. Review those all those Tax Forms!! (Even the not so common ones!)

Is it the same for the communication part? English is my second language and I am not that strong… I hope they are going to ask only about Taxation or CPA legal liabilities..

radevarum- i am not 100% sure about the communication but i can confidently say yes the written will be more likely over taxation.
