Did they intentionally make it difficult or it’s been like this since the new interface update?

For example, when I search for “net operating loss” (my research SIM asks me to find a corporate net operating loss carryback and carryforward), the results on the first page derives from Subchapter F.

I don’t know why. In the 2017 interface, research SIM was always the easiest in AUD or BEC.

Is it because the IRC in a pile of mess? Or they dumb down the software?
