Formation/Liquidation by entity comparison chart

    Hello everyone,

    REG has lots of info so I wonder if anyone has a handy chart comparing formation/liquidation by entity as it pertains to the shareholder or partner.

    Here’s an example – I want to be able to see (in a table) how the realized gain, recognized gain, and basis differ for the shareholder/partner if the entity is a C-corp vs. Partnership.
