I was wondering if you guys feel the focus notes are helpful in passing the exam? I have not bought them, and was wondering if I should.

I bought my focus notes for FAR and they are good tool, but they were not for me. I looked over them maybe 2-3 times. I pictured them as flashcards that I can carry around. They are oversized binded cards. They are not like Becker flashcards where you have to turn the flashcard to get the answer, the Focus Notes are exactly what they say. they are “notes.” I think you are better off making your flashcards and your own notes. If you want your notes to be portable, buy a small journal (like an appointment planner) to review your notes but overall say is save your money. What you can do is buy them off amazon (thats where i got mine) and if you dont like them, return them. I do not plan to buy another Focus Notes. Writing your OWN notes and your OWN flashcards go a lonng way. 🙂
