Hello everyone,

I need some advice for REG. I have taken this test too many times to count, and I do not know what else to do. The last four grades for me have been: 71, 72, 70 and I just received another 70. I have finished all of the Becker materials, and it is hard for me to be motivated when I do so well studying but keep coming up short. What should I do?

To the OP,

You should focus 80% of your time on Taxes and Property exchanges as that is where the majority of the questions will be. You have to know them fairly well.

The Bus Law is not tested too much as it is mostly memorization which is why it I recommend only on 20% focus.
