Went through my 2nd attempt at REG last week. Should have studied more/listened to/rewritten/practiced/more notes/formulas/MCQ’s/SIMS/difficult issues. Focus on your weak areas while continuing to do cumulative practice tests daily to keep it all fresh in your mind. No clue what my score is but the more practice of MCQ and SIMS, the faster you are at interpreting the question stem and navigation in general. If you can get through MCQ efficiently, then there is extra time to use AL for SIMS if necessary, even though that doesn’t mean you get the correct answer. Any practice SIMS will not be exactly the same as test but practicing makes you more comfortable working through various scenarios and familiar with the layout. Good luck all! Never give up!
With God, all things are possible!

I haven't taken REG yet, but I got what you are talking about for Audit. Easy first testlet, really easy second testlet, and what happened to easy third testlet, so M-M-H (don't think there is ‘easy'). And I thought I did alright on the SIMS. Knew I got near 50% correct. I got a 78 so there is hope. The fact you got a hard testlet means there is a chance. May the curve be in your favour!
I took the exam today. I had many one line, vague, tricky questions. Three of the SIMS seemed impossible, and once again I could not find my ridiculous research question. I still can't find it, and I looked for over an hour here at the hotel! I think I bombed every exam and it turns out alright, but this was the worst yet and I really tanked it. Yay to taking REG again in January! BLEH
I know I have posted this elsewhere. Does anyone know why in Becker authoritative literature, some of the subtitles have wrong path underneath them. It then follows to state that if you enter one of these subtitles on the exam, the hierarchy of folders will show up. Does this mean that the actual exam doesn't ask you to research a question from these select subtitles? I am just curious. I have my test this upcoming week.
