After three years of agonizing study sessions, sleepless nights, arguments with my wife, feeling like I'm missing out on and neglecting my kid, I'm finally done with this process. I have learned so much along the way. I've met great people on this forum along with learning a ton from you all as well. This is the most indescribable feeling…EVER.

Lastly, Jeff Elliott. I felt like I was in the same boat as you with a family and the close failures. You inspired me to keep going and pushing myself to the limit. I probably logged 3,000 hours on this beast, but I finally did it with your course materials to thank. Merry Effing Christmas!

I am happy to announce that I just passed the final part of the CPA exam. It is a bittersweet moment. I believe it is fair to say based on my past, there were many that doubted I would ever get it done. I did not believe it myself. I passed BEC… still had no faith in myself. I passed REG… still had no faith in myself. I passed FAR… okay I finally have faith in myself. Shout out to Tim Garety and Peter Olinto! You two are an iconic duo.

@jeff, you deserve a major shout out also! your website gave me and thousands of others emotional support to carry on. I still have a very long way to go on my journey to make partner at a CPA firm, or even find out what I'm doing with my life. But now that this part is over, it will only be easier.

I have an interview on Wednesday, and this final pass was just the bolt of confidence I needed. Having an addiction during grad school, and getting fired from my first out of college public accounting job have made this one of the roughest years yet, but it will only get better. 2018 will be my year of personal and physical development.

So glad I can finally post here! By the grace of God I passed my last section, REG, which was a very trying test. Congratulations to all! All of the studying and sacrifice and missing out on things is worth it in the end! So worth it!

91 on FAR and I'm done! I can't believe it's over. My whole journey started in May 2015 when I began my Master of Professional Accounting degree while my wife was pregnant. I earned my Masters in August 2016 and then managed to pass each part of the exam on my first try, while working full time (55-60 hrs a week) and keeping up with my family (son is now 2 years old).

I hope anyone reading this gains confidence that if I can do it, so can you!

I can't wait for my wife and son to wake up to give them the news! Congrats to everyone else who passed!

Just got my scores back for FAR and REG, and I'm done! I cannot believe it, I was so certain I failed FAR.

This was my second attempt to finish it off my CPA journey. After receiving failing REG grade in 2Q I was able to come back with a 79 today. Thank you fellow candidates in this forum for the postivive vibes which made me to overcome this hardship.

To those who needs to retake the exam, I would like to say to stay positive. You are prob a lot better off than me. As an international candidate living in Asia I had to travel to Guam everytime to sit for an exam. Due to my full time job i was only able to take one section at a time making me to travel to guam numerous times. Spent a whole lot of money, time, and sacrifice.

Yay, im done! 80 on BEC and 81 on REG. Thought for sure that I had bombed BEC! So happy and relieved right now.
