Anyone ever reported to someone where you passed and they couldn’t? I have. When interviewing for other jobs they were surprised and had asked if my current supervisor was a CPA and replied no-this was when I was interviewing while sitting for the exams and had mentioned it and mentioned I had wanted to report to a CPA (later figured that our CPA controller could just sign off on the experience). My question is just about if anyone had experienced any type of tension or awkwardness as I have with regards to passing and your manager not.

It's not just about passing the exams…remember that to get your license you need to have worked under a CPA for a certain amount of hours…and you need to stay current on your CPE credits. It doesn't matter how many times you've failed. It's just an exam.

Law0915, you still can't believe you passed this exam? Most of your posts only reflect insecurities. Always trying to figure out if you are better than your colleague. I think the CPA is one step to get a rewarding career in accounting, the next step if for you to be respected and liked at work, I don't think you will achieve the latter if you keep comparing yourself to other colleagues.

I have a question…do you mean you didn't practice the sims, or you didn't even attempt them on the exam..?

AICPA.. Made it very clear that one can't pass the 3 sections if they skip the TBS…

    I'm just so confused
