I have just completed all 4 exams and am beginning to apply for my license.

Does the order in which I submit the forms matter? For example, is it ok that my supervisor submits form 4b before I submit form 1?
I have worked for two different employers and am still waiting back for the exact dates from the second employer, thus I cannot submit form 1 without matching this information to theirs.

Worse case I can just ask my first employer to resubmit the forms in a few weeks, but was just curious.

From the NY Board website. I interpret it to mean you must apply before other docs are submitted to support your application. @AGI was just licensed in NY and may add to this.

All applicants for licensure must initially submit Form 1 along with the $427 licensure and first registration fee. You must answer all questions and provide all information requested unless otherwise indicated. Failure to accurately complete all required parts of the application will delay its review. Additional forms below are required based on the licensure requirements of the profession. Do not use Form 1 to renew your existing license.

    AUD - 93
    BEC - 82
    FAR - 76
    REG - 88
