For those that are done, does anyone miss studying? I thought I would, but now I couldn’t be happier. FAR burnt me out so badly that I can’t even read my Cosmo magazine.

The tallest oak in the forest was once just a little nut that held its ground.

You thought you would miss studying?

I don't even know what to do with all of my free time right now. Now that I'm used to being up at 5AM I don't really want to fall back into my old sleeping habits.

You are crazy! I like that instead of having to worry about falling asleep in the middle of a multiple choice question or with a hot laptop on my lap in bed, I can fall asleep with no worries, in peace.

I don't miss it at all but I never really thought I would. My brain does feel fried but I've been loading up on reading for leisure since I finished because I've hoarded books for the 10 months I was taking the exam so now I can finally get through some of them!

I don't necessarily miss having to study, but I miss having a goal. After I my license application goes through and I get through tax season, I'm going to have to start on something – likely another certification or grad school.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL….no

But like taxgeek said, I'm already feeling lazy and like I should be doing something else. Just can't get used to the fact that it is okay to have free time.

I'm not done yet, waiting on the last score, but do have a little taste of what having free time actually feels like again.

Hell no I do not miss studying.

In a way I do – I miss feeling productive. I went from undergrad to RTRP exam to CPA exams, so promised myself (and my family…) a year without studying after that, but am planning to take the CMA exams next year, and then likely get an MBA after that. Goal is to maintain productivity without having too strenuous of a schedule. I love learning, so I guess I probably miss the studying a bit as well as the productivity.

I don't miss studying because I have replaced it with all the work I let sit so I could study :/
