    Hi Guys,

(Hopefully) I will be finished with the testing after Thanksgiving. I have 0 experience in accounting and I know that now we have to have 2 years of experience to be able to call yourself a CPA (at least in IL). What happens in the interim? What if I don’t get enough experience in the next 3-4 years? Will be tests still be valid?

    Thanks!

@dtomasello thanks for the info! Unless I'm reading it wrong, I don't get the impression that you need a Master's degree.. It just says “graduate” degree… of course @mIa would know better though

Well I”m sure a PhD would be fine as well, but what other type of graduate degrees are there besides masters and doctorates?

Lol I understood a “graduate” degree as a bachelor's degree. I may be totally off though 🙂

Nope. A bachelors is an undergraduate degree. Anything higher than a bachelors is considered a graduate degree.

Thanks for clarifying! Btw, is the “I” in your username an “i” or an “L”? I've always wondered
