I took REG and after I finished, the lady was not able to print out a form saying that I successfully completed the exam. I called Prometric with the issue # the lady gave me and the person on the line gave me another issue # to contact NASBA. Wow…unbelievable. Do I really have to go through all this to get a letter of confirmation?
I really do not care for this confirmation letter but I guess I am more concerned with the AICPA receiving my exam. I did get assurance from the Prometric lady that my exam went through to them.
Should I continue to follow up with NASBA or just wait 6 weeks for my score and not worry about it?
