    First off, congratulations!

I started this thread so that Cali folks have a place to go to see how long it might take to get their license. If you’re in the CBA process and have some dates to share, please do. I’ll update as I receive more info, but here’s what I’ve got so far:

12/27/13 – Application received by CBA

01/09/14 – Received postcard stating application was received

01/10/14 – Check cashed by CBA

01/17/14 – Received letter recognizing that I passed all 4 parts

    ✓ AUD: (02/12/13) 71 | (05/31/13) 80
    ✓ REG: (05/13/13) 75
✓ BEC: (08/06/13) 80 - Unwilling participant in the "Server Upgrade" debacle
    ✓ FAR: (08/31/13) 65 | (12/06/13) 75 - Beat the Cali Education Requirement
    ✓ PETH: (12/25/13) 86 | (12/26/13) 92
    ✓ CA CPA: (02/13/14)

dahebruii, good call on getting the next letter. I received notification that my application was approved, so I need to pay $25 to get licensed.

So you think this will take another 2 weeks from the date they get my check?

Final update: 8/21 – got my wall certificate delivered to me at work, and in the tube was also the letter saying I was a CPA now.

I paid $491 (way too much) to get it matted and framed

For those who recently paid the initial licensing fee, how much was it?
