Hello everyone,
I will be applying for my license hopefully this week. I took the exam with 120 credits, and finished my BBA at a CUNY and then took the additional credits towards my 150 from various colleges. What is the process with Form 2? Do I have to call all the colleges that I have credits from and ask someone to fill out the forms and send my transcript? I tried calling the NY board but they are not helpful at all. Would really appreciate any input from whoever went through this process already. Thanks a lot in advance!

I believe you have to send them the forms to each college, who will return them with your transcript to State Ed.
