The following is an email I wrote to my state Coordinator:
I am emailing you to plead for any help you can give me. I ordered and paid for an NTS over two weeks ago. I am looking to take REG next Friday. When I did not receive my NTS after a week I called 1-800-CPA-EXAM and was told that there had been a server error. They said they would send it out and I would have it by last Friday. When I didnt get it I called again. They told me that it was never resent but they would send it out and I would have it by Tuesday. When I didnt get it Tuesday I called and was again told that it was never requested to be resent but they would do it and I would have it by Thursday.
On a hunch I called back today. I was once again told that it was never resent or requested to be resent and they would request it today for me to get by Friday. You can see how I am not confident that this will be the case. I wanted to take this exam next Friday (16th) but if I am not going to get my NTS soon, I will not be able to sign up.
When hanging up today they told me if I dont get it by Friday, then call back and we will shoot for next Tuesday. That will mark three weeks of waiting for the NTS after the date my credit card was charged. This does not seem like a realistic timeline when you get your grade right before a new window starts and you cant even get your NTS until over two weeks into a window.

So I have now called like five times and emailed two people. Any advice on what else I can do?
