If your state board says you must pass all exams by 3/31/10 to avoid losing credits, does that mean you have to have sat for your exam by 3/31/10 and passed, or does that mean you have to have received your scores by 3/31/10?

Must have sat for the exam….your score is not dated the date you receive it, it is dated the date you took the exam.
