I have received my NTS recently and trying to schedule my exam,

when i entered the prometric website, they asked me to provide Candidate Id Number and first four letters of my last name ..

From where can i know my Candidate ID Number,

You may need to contact your state board because that is what you are suppose to enter. Trust me, I have registered a few times.

I had that issue with my last NTS & I called Prometric. They said sometimes it takes 24 hrs for their system to get the IDs from when we receive NTS from NASBA. It's odd b/c this was the 13th time I've scheduled a test & the 1st time I ever had to wait a day to schedule. I always schedule within a few hours of getting my NTS. Mine worked the next day though. Good luck!
