So my work is currently doing promotion discussions and I’m in line to be promoted to manager once I can show proof of having my CPA license. I received my CPA license number via email today but just wanted to know how long it usually takes to get the actual certificate in the mail after that?

I think it’ll take a while. I got licensed in CA this last batch (about a month ago) and haven’t received anything in the mail yet. Hoping sooner rather than later

You should be good to go. You can now find yourself in the CBA license look up portal using the license number. That should be proof enough. The actual certificate will take quite a while. I think mine took over two months after being issued the license online.
