If I got content scores of 80, 73, 85,86, 78 and my performance is comparable to passing candidates' performance except for internal control (my 73 vs. 79) and still got an overall failing grade of 74, what are the chances that my over-all score is incorrect?

I also got a 74 on AUD but I previously passed all 3 other parts on the first try.

This may seem cynical but I have now seen many people get 74's on AUD. I think that when the AUD exam is graded, if the graders don't like what you wrote in the Communication section they will set their score for that section to a level which will set your score at 74. In a way it seems rigged to me. I can't prove it but could it be true?

i am thinking of requesting for score review but someone told me change in score never happened before and the chances of getting a passing mark after score review is almost zero.

Unfortunately, I think the re-grading system the AICPA has established is a rip-off. No one ever gets their score changed because, from what I understand, they don't actually re-grade the test. Instead, they just check for accuracy of the score. I received a 74 AUD score in the past and opted out of the re-grade because I felt it was throwing more $ away on this exam! The good news is, if you pick up where you left off with your AUD studying I bet you will knock it out of the park next time! It is frustrating to be so close though.

Esh I hope this isn't true. I am still waiting to get my score and I let my writing be my weakness for content because it is not supposed to have a high impact on the score. Based on the practice sims I did with Gleim I determined that the content was less important than the writing skills so I did my best but emphasized good writing skills.
