    So, I have not posted on here hardly at all for quite awhile now, intentionally. Probably because my mind has not been on the CPA exam at all.

    REG is my last one to take – until I’ve taken them all. I started studying REG a week or two ago and I don’t quite know why, maybe because it’s tax season or whatever but I just can’t get into it. I have to re-take all three of the other ones. I was thinking of just starting over on FAR, which I have not even thought about in 14 months since I took it. I still have 4 months left on Roger, which I don’t think I will be using. I will probably do the new monthly Ninja deal.
    I don’t know if there’s a “best one to start with if you have to re-take them all”?

    @tygolfer – yeah I am not posting nearly as much anymore and actually since about August of last year I haven't posted hardly anything. I never miss it when I'm not on here. So, that's not a problem. I don't know why I posted so much long ago while I was studying actively but yeah, it definitely cut into study time. But, I got enough positive feedback about my posts from people that I kept posting. Also got wrapped up in a few threads where I really argued hard, and don't get me wrong, I've got my haters on here. The classic one came from one guy who said “You bring so much negative energy to these forums and you need to just stop posting. I regret ever having clicked the “NOTIFY ME OF NEW REPLIES TO THIS THREAD” button because now I'm seeing all of your comments and I don't want to.” And of course my reply was “Nobody forced you to click the button and nobody is twisting your arm to read *my* posts. If you don't like what I say, then just gloss over my posts and move on instead of whining.” I definitely haven't made any friends on here, whereas on other forums I've participated in over the years I met quite a number of people whom I've kept in touch with. But, this is the only one I currently post on. It's been many years since I participated in any other ones.

    @Adam
    – There's no real rhyme or reason why some people pass and some don't. Plenty of “smart” people fail repeatedly. Plenty of “average” folks pass them quickly. Just one of many, many conundrums surrounding the CPA exams. I gave up trying to understand it long ago. Hopefully this next time I will figure it out but if for some reason I don't, I won't think anything of it. If it's meant to happen, it will.

    I took BEC, REG, FAR, REG again and AUD, I'm glad I did FAR before AUD because otherwise there's no way for me to understand AUD materials. I would suggest studying for FAR first and take it at the beginning of a window then study & take BEC at the end of the same window, then REG and AUD

    AUD - 85
    BEC - 79
    FAR - 82
    REG - 91
    Way to go

    I haven't taken REG yet even for the first time so I might do that before doing FAR retake. Seriously, all I really wanted to do was take these 4 exams and see what happened and go from there.
    If I get through them all twice with no passes, that's where it will end. I don't intend on being one of those folks who just takes them all multiple times, has to go to a psychiatrist and get on meds, yadda yadda yadda. I don't have a budget for a bunch of failed sections either. My rent was just doubled and there was nothing I could do about it. It seems that prices on everything have doubled in the last 5 years and even with a decent salary, I don't get to save much money. Anyway, we'll see what happens.
