Question about Bathroom breaks - Page 3

Long time lurker here…taking my first section (FAR) in 3 days and I have a couple questions on breaks. the first one is kind of a dumb question but i’ve just never had anyone validate it for me.

Once the clock starts for the 4 hours, does it stop at all? meaning, are there any scheduled breaks?

Second question…So I am 8 months pregnant and i have to go the bathroom at least once every 30 minutes, sometimes more if baby presses his head on my bladder. I tried to contact NASBA and the state board to see if I could get special accommodations (extra time) but i just got stuck in an endless loop of voicemails and transfers….so my question is…Has anyone tried to wear Depends during the exam? I would only “go” towards the end if i’m pressed for time, but i rather pee on myself than fail this exam. Any other relevant advice would be helpful.

P.S. I think its ridiculous the clock doesn’t stop if you have to go to the bathroom, feel sick or need a drink of water…no humanity =P

    Thanks guys…

I always feel like such a dick of a neighbor when my stomach growls from hunger. After reading LifeIsNotGood's post, I feel like a saint!

LOL This is so funny!!! I have heard of someone farting in the exam room but crapping in it… I am tearing laughing at this 🙂

It is bad that there is no accommodation given to those that are pregnant or have some sort illness that requires bathroom breaks.

In all seriousness, have you considered getting an adult diaper? My sister was very pregnant going into a similar exam, and they wouldn't let her leave except during scheduled breaks so she went with that option…

    Are you kidding me????

Now I really, really, really hope I have passed AUD. I don't wanna end up sitting in a room for 4 hrs again and someone is doing #2 next to me (maybe for a couple of times)! OMG last time I was really complaining about the guy next to me smelling from family-dollar aftershave so that I couldn't concentrate anymore…I take it all back!!!

What happened to LifeIsNotGood's post?? Anyway, to finish the story — I took the test, went to the bathroom twice but the third time I had to go I was in the middle of a crazy Sim so I went in my Depends. I probably wasted more time thinking about peeing in my pants than if i would have just gone to the bathroom. It was all good though because after the test I had my baby shower, found out I passed FAR, and had my baby, all in this particular order.
