This power weekend was a waste. I sat at home watching movies on TBS yesterday. Then today I proceeded to sleep in, and then go out for a brunch consisting of a monsterous cobb salad and 5 mimosas, followed by playing with my friend's brand new malti-poo puppy for several hours.

….I think I need a new study plan

Thank @CashMoney…now I don't feel too bad after my failure to be productive this weekend. Now I'm up for a 7 day blitz before BEC next Monday. Hopefully I can get enough focus for the next 7 days to bust it out and not get TOO distracted by the score release on tuesday. 🙂

Finally finished Becker's NP/Govt chapter… I am thinking the government should show that chapter on repeat as a torture method… Regardless, SO thankful to be done with rewatching my FAR lectures. The next 11 days will be nonstop MC, sims and rewriting notes… Please CPA Gods be kind to me on the 30th 🙂

Power Weekend was good! I am still struggling with Pensions and Deferred Taxes. I have gotten comfortable with Bonds but will still focus on those as well. The next 12 days is MCQ, SIMS, Ninja Notes, Pensions, Deferred Taxes, & Bonds. Good Luck everyone taking exams this week and Good Studies to all others..

Power weekend NOT done yet… Reg in 13 hours! LOL

Went over Business Law all day yesterday. Did Taxation today. Showing up 2 hours early and will just sit in parking lot with one last look through of every page in Roger book. Especially with his updated 2011 amounts. His quote “If you study, you will pass”. I guess I'll have to take that challenge!

Only ended up with half a power weekend here! Relatives in town kept me from beginning my final review of BEC chapter 2 today (I remembered how involved it was and how many MCQ's it had – UGH!). Would have been nice to get mostly through it today but guess I'll have to start a Power Week this week to get through! One more weekend to go! Good luck to all of you taking your exams this week!

Power weekend was a success! Locked myself inside all weekend, boyfriend went out of town for a family party and his football draft. My upstairs neighbor, who I love but I hear every single thing he does, was also out of town! Peace and quiet.

Yesterday I focused mainly on MCQ from Wiley, until today, after I took one comprehensive and scored an 80 (granted, I have most the questions memorized)

Now, moving back to Becker prog tests, and I have to say they are going surprisingly well.

It's funny how some days you want to kick and scream because you feel like nothing is clicking and the next, it actually does….Let's hope it can keep clicking until Friday.

I feel like this process makes me bipolar. At one point I think “Yes, I can do this. Where there's a will there's way”, and others it's “this is stupid. I'm spending all this time and I bet the exam will be nothing like any of this stuff….why am I even doing this anyway? My friends on are out having cocktails and hanging out in the park and I am trapped in my study cave”

I'm sure this is normal. Oh, and in other news, I'm starting to hear Peggy Bundy's voice as I read MCQ to myself….why??? No idea. Maybe this is making me crazy.

Oh no is it that bad?? I havent heard too many bad things about the ethics. But I'll worry about it when I have to. Have a long ways to go beforehand.
