I just took my first test yesterday. REGS.

I kind of want to talk about it, but they make you sign a non-disclosure of test content.

Can someone fill me in on what we are and and not allowed to discuss?

You can't discuss anything that you saw on the exam. The way people discuss the exam itself is to say “I felt like most of what I saw on the exam I hadn't seen in the review material”. You can discuss your experience without laying out what the questions were about, how the SIMS were formatted, or what subjects appeared on the exam.

Its frustrating not to discuss it or ask questions but not worth jeopardizing your future license.

Be general and nothing specific. Even though each candidate may get different exam questions, you want to be careful. Look at the posts under exam experience. The comments should give you an idea.

Good luck on REG. I just took REG last month (72).
