She is fine…Thank God. But we sure got a good scare yesterday with her…
Long story short… 3:30am she was sleeping and making noises, I wake up to find her completely asleep, tucked in, but shaking… I though she was cold or having a nightmare… So I put my hand over her head to feel her and calm her… She was not cold nor warm, but she kept shaking! Somewhat worried about this; I took her to our bed, and immediately she started breathing agitated (like if she had ran a marathon)… So I wake up, to change her diaper and check her… and like in a second she was burning, her head was extremely hot and chest was about to explode her heart was beating super fast… I got SOOOOOOO scared. I woke up a good neighbor who is a pediatrician, as I was speaking to her on the phone explaining the details, the baby vomited (first time in 20 months of life, you can imagine my stress, shaking, hyperventilating and vomiting), so she came in to my apartment and checked her for me… and told us to go the ER… We got there at almost 5am… Thank God not to many patients waiting… At the ER, the doctors made like 5 different tests on the baby. Gave her therapy and something else… I don't remember, it was a long day.
Apparently it is some kind of virus, we don't know yet… But she is a lot better now… Just a bad day.
We are going today to her pediatrician and take him all the exam results to see what happened to finally put a name to this…
