Yes, if just the bonds had been issued than the premium would have been 3,000,000.

I've heard that Becker F2 and F3 are pretty horrible. I'm in the midst of doing F2 now. I've spent hours on the MCQs and have only finished like 55% of them, grrr. I've scheduled my exam for October 19th, so I'm pretty much up against the wall in terms of timing. For those that are further along in the lectures, why do the chapters seem to get easier once you get past these two chapters? Is it just because the material is easier or is it because there are fewer / easier MCQs?
