    Taking it on October 3rd, right before my flight for India.

    I've been studying for about a month now…and I still don't feel prepared.

    I just finished the Becker problems for Leases. Anyone else feeling like their rear is getting kicked by the information overload in the questions? It's just paragraphs and paragraphs of information! By the time I get to the end, I'm all: Er…what did I read again?

    And, on the FAR experience thread, people who took it say the actual exam questions are even worse than Becker!

    REG (NOV 2013)
    AUD (JAN 2014)

    The CPA Exam is an opponent that not even the Fellowship of the Ring would want to come across.

    I have a long...long...journey ahead of me.

    I'm aiming for 10/31ish. I'm due with baby #2 on 11/24 and don't want to get too close to that. Just passed BEC and this is my last section.

    I'm taking FAR again hopefully in late Oct. I failed it back in Feb and got really discouraged. But I just passed AUD so I'm ready to take on FAR again. Using Becker and just finished Ch 1 which I seemed to have remembered most of. My issues before where foreign currency and pensions. Hoping the second time around it sticks long enough to take the exam.

    I have been quietly lurking here; deriving inspiration. I am a older dude, just took FAR for the first time and passed. I used Yager Audio and Video. The Audio series is very good supplement to Video. Just kept going over the Video and Audios and doing questions from book and Wiley Test Bank. Took one week of from work before the exam on 28th Aug. This Board is very good and very helpful. I left the exam disgusted like I have read from many people here. The SIMS were just difficult to say the least.

    I hope my 2 cents help someone else here. AUD is next .
