Is it ok to start a FAR Study Group? I retook Audit yesterday and although I don’t have a gut feeling either way if I passed or not, I am going to start on FAR. I am using Becker self-study and purchased the Ninja Notes for FAR.

I am looking forward to reading a/b everyone’s progression. Good Luck!

Ok, so during this week I took the lectures for F5 – Leases, Liabilities and Bonds and F6 – Pensions and Income Tax Accounting.

I have to admit that this two lectures (like most of every subject in FAR) are very intimidating.

To the point where I almost got into a car accident (coming out of class) because my mind was so overwhelmed by the vast amount of information pushed in class.

And to top it off, right after class (on mi ride home and everywhere I go) is nothing but, “the NINJA audio” for whatever subjects I studied last.

It honestly feels like, I am DRUNK…(with all this INFORMATION) sometimes I can’t even remember how the heck I get home….

Well nothing but F5 and F6 MCQ for this weekend… Like I said, I am very intimidated at this point, but just the thought of not becoming a CPA after I have talked some serious BS about some of the CPA's in my office, is a great motivator to put my money where my mouth is..

Another Beautiful Georgia weekend locked in the dark room…. But I promised my family that we will go to some great vacation (with the employers BONUS MONEY) after this whole deal….

@monty, best of luck. In my opinion, F5 and F6 are the two toughest conceptual chapters on the entire CPA. Take it in pieces, don't tackle all of both at once or your head will literally explode. And be patient.
