How does a power WEEK sound for everyone? I've got my NINJAaudio going…it's hard to tell if it will work or not because I can't focus on numbers via audio very well without seeing it visually. Does anyone have a side by side comparison of which NINJA audio chapters go with which Becker chapters?
@NJPRU–The Ninja Audio goes along with the Ninja notes–same order of chapters, just one is visual and once is audio. I added the Ninja materials to my AUD studies and raised my score 20 points so I am a big believer in them. There is just so much material that having a nice outline without all the unnecessary junk is great. Listening to the audio as much as possible helped me remember several key concepts during test time.
@oilgaslb–I am all in for a power week. I put in 4.5 hours Sunday night, 1 hour last night and hope to get 5 hours tonight and 12 hours on Saturday. My goal is to have 75 pages of material covered this week (the 5 smallest chapters in Wiley).
Oilgas-I'm in for a power week! I agree that the FAR audio can be a little difficult to follow sometimes. I like that Blitz though because it's a combination of the audio and notes in video format. It's already helped with some of the more complex lease topics. Sale leasebacks…are you kidding me??

Mod 9 last night. Going to finish mod 9, pound through Inventory this week while listening to NINJAaudio/blitz on leases and bonds in prep for next week. This weekend is about review/notes/WTB and drilling home anything from the week that doesn't stick. Let's do it!
Wrapping up F5 today with MCQs on bonds and then planning to take 2-3 more progress tests before moving on to F6. I'm definitely liking F4-5 a lot better than F2 and F3.
Just bought my 10 pt combo for FAR!!!!! Will be listening to the audio while trying to get some work done…Hoping to get the same results that @CPAMommyof3 achieved. I will be listening to the audio as I go along in the chapters. Hopefully it'll help.

I'm cheating at work and taking notes on my ninjaaudio for the last hour of work. Then I'll listen to it on the way home and while cooking dinner…take a break to watch some TV with the boys and then get back at it at bedtime (8:30). 5 hours here we go!! 🙂

Is anyone using the 2013 Becker Study Material and note cards? ( I did however purchased the Ninja notes).
I purchased the new 2014 books for all other subjects.
I am currently finishing up chapter 3MCQ. However I need to go back and review all of one and two MCQ because I was out of town for a week on business and then I got the flu. So I am sure unless I review a little of each chapter once a week…im pretty much starting over. 🙁
Plan is to finish all chapter 3 MCQs & Sims by Thursday.
I would just like to know who created derivatives so I could slap them. Seriously?! “The host contract (excluding the embedded derivative) would be accounted for in the normal manner (as if it had never contained the embedded derivative), and the now stand-alone derivative instrument would be accounted for using the rules for derivatives.” Say what????
Does anyone know how to do the progress test where the answer will pop up as opposed to waiting until the end? I am doing the suggested multiple of 20 questions, but I want to see the answer right away. I using the Becker program,
