Yep. I did 10 research questions and I got 3 of them wrong, each time I clicked “Try again” so I could go back and look up the correct answer just to see how I could have gotten it wrong. Then I changed the answer to the correct one and hit next. At the end it gave me a score of 100%. That sucks. I go back all the time so I can look at the textbook notes after getting a question wrong and then change the answer. As long as you don't change the answer your scores should be accurate.

Seems like everybody got a solid day of studying in. Just finishing up studying for the night. Stockholders Equity (Wileybooks) really tore me a new one. Outside of EPS/DEPS and some on capital structure material I have tons of holes. NINJA time…
On the bright side I'm really plowing through investments and expect cash flow to come pretty easy to me with former treasury experience. Somehow I'm going to have to get through consolidations, derivatives, govt. And NFP over the next two weeks. Govt and NFP in particular frighten the hell out of me….
I now completely understand the nagging desire I've seen people have about feeling like they need to push back their exam date. It just amazes me at how many people (myself included) underestimate the amount of material on this exam. I just don't think there is any way to describe it…just have to live it I suppose. Happy studying all let's kill it this week…
Oh boy! How exhausted I am today. Ended up doing about 15-16 hours this weekend – and decided to stay on course with my study schedule and didn't start anything new yesterday. I also realized that I purchased the 2012 FARNINJA notes a while back, thinking I may need to purchase them again as there are probably several updates.
My goal this week is Inventory, PPE, and that dreadful Chapter 3 I skipped because it included the Installment Method and EPS.
Happy St. Patty's Day!! I am on chapter 10. I am not a fan of partnerships but I am going to keep positive about this whole studying process! Hoping to knock out this chapter soon so I can start reviewing everything again. 🙂
@NJPRU–My studying went great over the weekend. It never goes well during the week, but my boss is on vacation until Thursday. ONe of two things could happen–I could get some extra study time in because she doesn't need me OR I could be slammed because so many people need her and come to me when she is out. Hoping for the former, but I guess only time will tell. Brought the Becker outline notes on Marketable securities to work to go through before I leave today. Listened to the Ninja audio on Marketable securities on the way to work. If I get through the notes I will take a quiz on the 67 MCQ and 2 SIMS that I have seen less than twice in the WTB after the kids go to bed tonight. I will NOT hit the “Try again” button unless I really need to go back and see the textbook feature, but I will definitely NOT change my answer so my stats are accurate. Good luck on inventory and PP&E!
Mom-Yes hooray for the boss being gone. Mine is even better…he's gone but on business so he's going to take most of his requests but he's still out of my hair (for the most part). If there ever was a time for a bi-week power session this is it! Long study lunches and sneaky NINJA notes here I come!
Ninjas, any idea on how to handle MQCs? Upon studying I realized my issue is not reading the questions properly/don't focus on questions so I tend to get answer wrong and when I get back to question, i realized I did not read the question. When question gets very long, I loss focu. I plan on doing sessions of 90MCQ to work on this issue and home for improvement.
Any ideas are welcome..
