    I’ve had a few requests for April/May Study Groups…March will be here before you know it.

    In order to take an early April exam, you should begin studying…now. 🙂

    Thanks Tootsie. I did have a good grasp, but I am not sure if my nerves got the best of me. For me, my first test and last test were nerve wracking.

    Mine too! My second testlet was not bad at all. I was actually smiling when taking it, lol. I'd say overall I did well on the m.c. but half of the sims were very hard for me. Every exam I've taken so far, I have struggled with the sims.

    Tootsie – JRO, I felt I also had a good grasp on the FAR concepts and was also smiling while taking two of the MCQ sections, the other being very difficult. The SIMS were, in one word, BLAH! who knows at this point!

    Mama – ugh, I just want to give you a hug! 😀

    @NJPRU, I had 2 really hard sims and 1 I don't even remember. The other 4 were ok (1 of which seemed too easy and that scared me). Maybe you, me, and jrosen had the same m.c.

    @mamabear no wonder I never asked my friend to check my score ever again for me 😉

    @joe you're right man I seriously want to be done but u never know with these exams. Also when I come to think of it I can't even remember where my FAR book is and I want it to stay that way 😉

    So to keep your minds off of the score release (as if that was possible) maybe you guys can tell me what to take from this conversation: My boss (Controller) was telling our new VP of Finance that she had 3 managers that report to her and this is how she described us.

    “GL Accounting Manager, Mamabear, is my best manager. She is great at delegating and getting projects done.

    Inventory Control Manager, XXXX, is my best supervisor. She is great at keeping her employees in line.

    AP Manager, YYYY, is my best worker bee. She is constantly working problems and keys a lot of problem invoices.”

    At first I was flattered because I've only been a manager for 3 years and the other 2 have been here for 20+ years and managing for most of that time. Now I'm starting to think that being best at delegating makes me sound like I push all the real work to my employees, which isn't true. Hmmmm. What do you guys think?
