Is AAA part of the Basis of the Share Holder right off the bat? So let’s say the question says, S/H basis is 20k and AAA is 5k. Does that mean that total Basis is still 20k? Please let me know. Thank you!

Means total basis is 20. 5 of it is classified as aaa
