    So my first exam is next week. On average I score about 60% on my MCQ's, but the last few days it has steadily declined to about 35. I already know I am going to fail the first time. any tips on how to study more efficiently for next time?

    OK, for 2018 FAR exams… no partnerships (is that a confirmed or just not anyone has seen in Q1) and can anyone, w/o violating anything, tell me if 606 has a presence? I'm hopeful yes since my current role is moving my group from 605 to 606 so I am pretty comfortable in that area.

    I took my exam today and honestly I am going to have to retake this section. I had a hard time. My biggest problem was time management, I spent too much time on the MCQ so I did not have enough time for the SIM. as far as the SIM they were all heavily tested w/journal entries that I was not prepared for. I can second all the other people that said to study the blue print, because I did start to do it but I did not have enough time and I can say based on the SIMS that I had they were listed as “analysis” in the blueprint. Going forward I am going to practice the SIMS more.

    @amor, 606 is the new revenue recognition standard. Jeff covers it in the updated 2018 audio and notes.

    can someone provide the link for these blueprints? maybe I've had my head in a hole but I haven't heard of them for any exams I've taken prior.

    @Pam-yes the new revenue recognition standards are absolutely covered in the new exam.

    Partnerships? Yes or no? Someone said no but 2018 Ninja Notes are covering them.
    @anyatver – hopefully i get a LOT of Revenue questions… that is something I'm just about 100% on.

    I am using Gleim for studying and honestly I do not like the format. Its not motivating and the video suck. Is anyone using Gleim. I found some old Becker materials I decided to use again to get motivated in studying and passing this exam. I am studying FAR and ANYTHING tips can help Please. Working full time and a single mom..its hard to find time to just focus with the distraction. I got back on the forum for motivation

    Hello… so I see you are using Gleim. I have Gleim and I do not like it. Unfortunately, my job paid for it.

    How are you working the format? Any tips? I see you took FAR. Im currently studying for FAR. Gleim videos sucks and doesn't provide info in details

    What has help you in your studies?

    I use Gleim but I don't watch any of the videos. I just read the book.
