1 , 3, and 5 year plan?

    Does anybody know any websites that show you how to compose a 1,3 and 5 year plan at your job. After my annual evaluation my Boss asked me to come up with this, but I’m not exactly sure how to write it/format. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Yeah, as long as your plans ends with “becoming an owner” you are dead on.
