I got all A's in my Intermediate Accounting classes and I had to take FAR 5 times to pass it. But then again, I got a C+ in my Auditing class in college and it only took me 2 attempts to pass that section. I don't think a person's college grade is any indication on how well they'll do on the CPA exam. It's a totally different ballgame.

Yeah, college grades don't really matter. Though I was an average student, I didn't remember anything from my college education (graduated over a year ago). Luckily (THANK YOU, GOD) with hard work, I passed FAR first time around…while took three tries for REG and two tries for AUD. Basically, if you work hard and are miserable through out the process, you'll pass otherwise you'll take it few time, learn your lesson (like I did) and pass then!
